Hiroki Shizukai of Prévenance and Daisuke Tsuji of Convivio.
They organize one course in this collaboration.
Although they have different backgrounds as chef, they have a sympathy that they
both have a belief of focusing on charmes of products themselves.
They will organize one course this time,where you could enjoy different approaches and interpretation of two chef to products.
At the same time, sommeliers of both restaurants will select two ways of wine pairing for each dish.
Please be looking forward to the moment, when a encounter of two chef turns into kaleidoscopic autumn colour
of each cuisine and Both restaurants Prévenance and Convivio are melting into one.
